We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us via WhatsApp, email or social media direct message: your name, phone number and information about the occasion for which you request the service. We do not collect data through automated forms or special categories of data.
We process your data solely to: respond to your enquiry, prepare and send you a service proposal, manage the booking if you decide to hire, and maintain the contact necessary to provide the service. It is not used for profiling or advertising.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when contacting us, and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, in the case of a booking, for the legally required periods. It is then securely deleted. If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, the data is deleted once handled.
Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not shared with third parties, except by legal obligation. Discretion about our clients' identity is a central principle of the service. Messages exchanged via WhatsApp are processed through that platform, subject to its own privacy policy.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to charliebrawnzz@gmail.com. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
This website does not use tracking or first-party analytics cookies. If analytics tools are added in future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent will be requested.

To manage bookings, this site uses Stripe as its payment gateway. When you pay a booking deposit, your payment data (card number, etc.) is processed directly by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. under its own privacy policy. This site does not store or have access to your full card details. Stripe may process data such as the amount, date and a transaction identifier.
